What is Rinnit?

Rinnit is an online health platform with two parts: a health information section that turns complex medical research into clear, verified articles, and a store that offers both health and wellness products and ready-to-use design templates for video, web and graphics.

 

Who writes and reviews the health content?

Our articles are written from published medical research and reviewed by a licensed physician, Dr. Baraa Alnahhal, MD. Every article lists its sources so you can check them yourself.

 

Can I use Rinnit's health articles instead of seeing a doctor?

No. Our content is for education only and does not replace advice from your own doctor. If you have symptoms or a health concern, please speak with a healthcare professional. You are welcome to bring our articles to your appointment to guide the conversation.

 

Is the health content free?

Yes. All articles in the health section are free to read.

 

What does the Rinnit store sell?

Two kinds of products. Physical items are health, wellness and fitness tools such as massage tools, cupping devices, nasal breathing aids, joint supports and home exercise equipment. Digital items are downloadable design templates for videos, websites and graphics, made for health professionals and content creators.

 

How often is the content updated?

We publish new articles on weekdays and review existing ones when new research changes the picture.

 

Are the health products medical devices?

No. Our physical products are general wellness and self-care items, not medical devices, and they are not meant to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before using them.

Store & Orders

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You need a free Rinnit account to order. It lets you track your orders and access your digital downloads anytime from your profile.

 

How do I know if a product is physical or digital?

Physical products show a "Ships From" location and size or color options on the product page. Digital templates show the software they work with and are delivered as a download right after payment.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are shown in US dollars.

 

Where do physical products ship from?

It depends on the item. Each product page shows its "Ships From" location, which may be the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Australia or China. Some products let you choose the warehouse closest to you.

 

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown on each product page and again at checkout before you pay. Many items ship free. Delivery is usually faster when the item ships from a warehouse in your region.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also see your order status under My Orders in your account.

 

Can I return a physical product?

Yes. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and the return policy for each product is shown on its page. If an item arrives damaged, lost or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

 

Can I get a refund for digital Products?

Because half of our products are digital downloads, we can't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

 

How do I download a digital template?

After payment, you'll see a download link on the confirmation page and receive it by email. You can also find your files under My Orders in your account. There's nothing to ship.

 

What software do I need for the templates?

It varies by product. The supported software, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Apple Motion or Final Cut Pro, and any required plugins are listed on each product page before you buy.

 

Can I use the templates for my business or clients?

Yes. Your purchase includes a standard commercial license for your own projects and client work. Reselling or sharing the template files themselves is not allowed.

 

Can I get a refund on a digital template?

Because templates are downloadable files, we're unable to refund them once downloaded. If a file is damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

 

The download link didn't work or my order has a problem. What should I do?

Email support@rinnit.com with your order number and we'll sort it out quickly.
